The goal in everything I cook is that you don’t even notice it is missing gluten or dairy. This collection of recipes focuses on using whole foods and natural sweeteners. They are loosely Paleo, protein-rich, and easy to make. All of these recipes have been used in my client’s homes when I work as a Personal Chef, and are requested over and over by their families and kids.
