There is no one diet or eating style that is perfect for everyone.

We all have individual biological needs or “bio-individuality”, which means your body is unique and responds to food and stress differently than another. We also have different needs through our lifetime. We will work with you to determine what foods work for you, and what supports your health and activity goals. We will then weed out the foods that no longer support you.

Depending on how lousy you feel, or how toxic your diet has been, you may need to start with a healing diet, such as vegetarian, vegan or an elimination diet. We call this “culinary medicine”. We will use food to create healing and repair, then move into what will be a more normal day to day eating style. Together, we will create that roadmap to health.

Our services begin with an initial interview where we will assess where you are now. What health concerns you want help with, and identify your needs, goals and preferences. This interview can be conducted in person, or by a combination of email and phone.

Through working together we will help you learn how to listen to your body. Your body knows best! It has been sending you signals, learn how to recognize them, and learn how to bring your body back into its natural state of balance.

Together we will create an individualized health plan and I will give you the tools to:

  • clean up your diet
  • figure out which foods work for you
  • create YOUR ideal eating style
  • determine what other lifestyle changes you need to make
  • create a roadmap going forward to reach your health and activity goals
  • clean up your kitchen and pantry so that it supports your new eating style
  • learn how to read food labels and navigate the grocery store

Kitchen Organization

You really want to cook and create delicious meals for yourself or your family, but you just don’t know what tools to have or it always seems like your kitchen is a mess. I can help you determine the best layout for all your gear and tools. Let’s clean up the clutter and keep only what will help you use your kitchen more successfully.

This is a 2 to 3 hour session including clean up of pantry, refrigerator, cabinets and counters

Pantry Makeover

Need to clean out your cupboards but not sure what to throw out? Your pantry is the foundation of a healthy diet. Having high quality, wholesome foods on hand is key to making smart food choices throughout the week. I will organize your pantry and refrigerator and show you what to get rid of, what to replace it with and then HOW to use it. In this process I will fill your kitchen with the ingredients that will best support your new eating style.

Health Food Store Tour

  • 1.5 hour store tour of your choosing
  • Learn which areas of the store to gravitate to and which to stay away from
  • Learn how to read food labels
  • How to save time and get in and out of the store quickly including how to write a shopping list
  • How to choose the best produce and what is important to get organic
  • We can menu plan ahead of time and then shop for that menu during our tour
