We can save you time in the kitchen while making sure your family eats well. Do you want to go Paleo but are not sure how to cook with coconut milk instead of regular milk? You want to be gluten free, but are not sure how to substitute those gluten free flours for regular flour? We can help you through all of that. We will work with you to plan menus that are balanced, delicious and follow your ideal eating style, and then if you desire, teach you how to do it yourself.

How It Works

Weekly meals are prepared in your home customized to your tastes and dietary needs. Meals are packaged and placed in the refrigerator with instructions for reheating, optional service of a hot dinner placed on the table for you by the Chef (request if available).  The number of days and servings of meals prepared will be determined by you and the Chef.

Service includes initial client consultation, weekly menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and packaging and kitchen clean up.

Dietary Restrictions

This is what we do. Every client we work with has some food they are avoiding or cant eat. Whether it ranges from just staying gluten free or low carb to having 20+ foods you have to stay away from, we got this. We plan your meals based on your health goals, eating with the seasons, and creating an enjoyable and satisfying experience. You don’t have to feel like you are missing out.

Cleansing Diet Support

Our services are also perfect for short term transitions. We want you to feel better, and most likely, we have tried the diet you are thinking about, or have cooked it for other clients. Let us help you get through the initial phase by supporting you with home cooked, delicious, health supportive meals, all ready to eat, in your own fridge. Coming off of a cleanse? We can help you ease the transition back to whole foods.
